At EESO, our mission is driven by clear and impactful objectives designed to foster a brighter future for learners in Malawi. We meticulously plan and execute programs that address critical educational needs, ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive.
Educating the society on the importance of education in relation to the development, for the purpose of reducing illiteracy levels in our communities, through providing awareness campaigns to learner on advantages of education through different approaches such as moving in different schools and/ or providing career guidance to the students.
Reinforcing inclusive education in schools, empower challenged learners in their academic grounds; through enhancing equal opportunity to support education for all, guidance and counselling, seminar, workshops and follow-ups.
Elevating the learners academically, with the purpose of helping the vulnerable group in preschools/ primary / secondary and/ or tertiary such as less privileged and orphans, through financial support throughout secondary school up to college or university, through reaching targeted needy group in their respective home through surveys and follow-ups, in order to identify the real needy group individuals.
Fighting for educational rights of learners such as girls who are forced to early marriages and/ or disabled students and/ or Women Educational Empowerment in order to reduce early marriage rate for teenagers and/ or empower women academically, helping these targeted group to become the responsible citizens and/ or by imparting with good moral behaviour through seminars, conferences and workshops.
Equipping and imparting the youth with skills and knowledge of self-reliance through provision of handwork trainings so that they develop a self-reliance spirit.
Enhancing and enriching science laboratory services, library services and infrastructures in schools, through materials or constructions depending with the needs of the institution.
Write proposals and implement projects relating to among other things as Tertiary Education, Secondary School Education, Early Education, Adult Literacy Education, Gender, Leadership, Science and Technology and Women Educational Empowerment.
